		<description>I experienced a similar issue a few days ago. I could not print anything HTML, (websites, Outlook) until I found an article stating MSIA may be the problem. I uninstalled MSIA and print from HTML sources was restored. I just installed MSIA on another XP machine and the same problem had occured.</description>
